Coherent（相干）公司成立于1966年，是世界第一大激光器及相關(guān)光電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)商，產(chǎn)品服務(wù)于科研、醫(yī)療、工業(yè)加工等多個(gè)行業(yè)；
2003年4月，兼并了Positive Light公司，成為全世界最大、最全面的超快激光器系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)商
2004年5月，收購了Lambda Physik 公司98%股權(quán)，并成功地將其在全球的銷售和維修網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合在Coherent (相干) 公司旗下。
2005年5月，收購了Tui Laser 公司及其全資子公司Bavarian Photonics
Tui Laser是最知名的小功率準(zhǔn)分子激光器生產(chǎn)廠商，Bavarian Photonics 以生產(chǎn)高功率調(diào)Q全固態(tài)激光器并以其對(duì)精細(xì)加工系統(tǒng)集成的全面支持能力而知名。
現(xiàn)在，上海漢璽電子科技有限公司，聘用臺(tái)灣籍技術(shù)顧問，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)Coherent 全系產(chǎn)品電路維修，可充氣，射頻電路維修，光斑模式矯正調(diào)校.內(nèi)置鏡片更換等技術(shù)服務(wù)。
